Selling On Ebay-Automate Your Feedback...

Whew! I am finally moved and back to blogging. It took some time to get things set up in the office and working again (but that's another story), and now I'm back.

So today I'm going to talk about cutting time on posting feedback.

All ebayers know their reputation is vital to success, and giving feedback to customers for a positive transaction is not only a great customer service move but also a great way to get postive feedback yourself-if you set it up right.

Well this week I discovered a way to do the following:

*only give feedback when someone else gives me positive feedback-automitically.

I discovered a cool little tool that searches out my feedback on ebay every day and automatically gives positive feedback for every positive feedback left to me the day before. And it lets me type in up to 25 different positive responses so the responses aren't just the same thing every time.

Now, call me finicky, but I like the idea of forcing the buyer to give me positive feedback before I give it to them, so I simply send them a note when I ship the item that says:

Thank you for your purchase. My robot leaves feedback automitically the following morning for everyone who leaves feedback for me the day before.

etc.
